Emily Nixon (b.66) is an artist, curator and jeweller living in West Penwith. Her work captures the natural forms of the earth and sea, translating them into elemental and sea-worn fine jewellery.
Having studied fine art textiles at Goldsmith’s college, her practice evolved from sculpture and tapestry to metal and stone without formal jewellery training, giving her work a distinctive style and tangible connection to the natural landscape.
Using ethically sourced stones and recycled precious metals, her work centres around the permanence of her materials, celebrating their raw, elemental origins and preserving their minerality.
The brand is deeply rooted in the natural beauty of the Cornish coastline, drawing inspiration from its textures and forms while prioritizing sustainability in every step. Ethical sourcing is at the heart of the process, using recycled metals and responsibly sourced stones to preserve the environment. Each piece reflects a strong commitment to protecting nature and honouring the coastal landscape that inspires the brand.
